SHIPPING INFORMATION (Large Items)
  Prices posted on the website do not include shipping or applicable taxes, if any.  Shipping charges can be provided by calling 1-866-923-3284. We order your furniture directly from the manufacturer, and ship it by an independent carrier.  We will estimate the likely delivery time for you based on the best information we have from the manufacturer and shipper.  Please remember that these are only estimates.  They are subject to many factors outside our control, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.  The shipping company will contact you in advance of delivery to schedule a delivery time.
   
  The Bed Bug ships either via Common Carrier, and Freight Forwarders. When Items are shipped common carrier they are shipped to the curb. Bringing it in the house will be your responsibility. For an additional fee the common carrier will bring the furniture in the house. This does not mean they uncrate or set anything up; you will still be responsible for that. We carefully inspect and pack our merchandise so it is up to you to inspect your shipment upon arrival for damages. If there are damages please refuse the shipment. If inspection is not made upon delivery there is no way to make a claim with the shipping company and The Bed Bug will not be responsible for any damages.
